Our aim is to create the most complete virtual reception service for healthcare clinics using AI. Ever since we onboarded our first clinic in 2024, we've loved listening to our customers to improve our service — and find more ways to help clinics across the UK, Australia and beyond.

Oliver Crockett

Founder & the Tech Person

Oliver is the developer behind BookedSolid — the person making sure every call, message, and interaction runs smoothly behind the scenes. With a background in building systems for the leisure industry and working on AI platforms, he brings both practical experience and forward-thinking ideas to the product.

He loves building tools that actually solve real problems, helping businesses stay organised, responsive, and on top of their bookings without added stress.

Thomas Wojtowicz

Co-Founder & the Customer Person

Thomas is the co-founder helping bring BookedSolid to life on the customer side — making sure every business has a smooth, supportive experience from day one. After studying Finance at the University of Southampton, he went on to work at a data startup as both a content writer and data analyst.

At BookedSolid, Thomas focuses on customer service, onboarding, and day-to-day operations. He's on a mission to make things simple and stress-free for customers, ensuring they can get up and running quickly and feel supported every step of the way.
